Mr. Blackley is a founding member and serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Maple Technologies. With more than a decade of insurance-related software development experience, he is a core member of the Maple Technologies development team. Since Maple's inception, Mr. Blackley has been the chief architect behind Maple's proprietary insurance information system product, Aspire, and continues to advance its technology while overseeing all aspects of its development.

Prior to cofounding Maple Technologies, Mr. Blackley was highly involved with insurance technology infrastructure, insurance underwriting and accounting, loss cost and loss experience triangulation development and analysis, rate adequacy analysis, and various levels of retail insurance management. Mr. Blackley's involvement in these areas, including his tenure as the Assistant Operations Officer for a New Jersey-based insurance underwriter, brings valuable insight to Maple's ongoing development efforts, contributing to the efficacy of the software solutions delivered by Maple.

Mr. Blackley has also provided consulting services to companies like Lexington Insurance Company and AI Risk Specialists Insurance Inc.
